Josef, aka Pepa, is the director of the organization. The coordinator in our organization is Edgars. Alena manages the arts department of Déčko, while Naiki and Míla mainly coordinate dance classes. Naiki not only gives dancing, but also cooking classes. Láďa is in charge of courses regarding outdoors, tactics and military games. Martina is responsible for all sports activities in Déčko. Employees of Déčko are also Lenka and Kamila, who work as receptionists and another Lenka, who is the accountant. Moreover Vlasta and Vladimír take care of the building.
